Exchange Policy

We offer a streamlined exchange process to ensure you get the right size and experience.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

What We Cover

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are strictly limited to the same design only
  • You may request a different size based on your preference
  • In case of a defective or incorrect item, a replacement of the same design will be issued

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@untired.store with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear images (if applicable)

Exchange, replacement and damage requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive the product , we will replace it with in:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Other locations: 4–7 business days.

Please be assured, our team will respond within 24-48 hours and guide you through the next steps once you raise a request.

Important Notes

  • Exchange is allowed once per order
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Exchanges are limited to the same design only. You may request a size change, and in case of a defective item, a replacement of the same design will be issued.

If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend checking our size chart or reaching out before ordering. We’re happy to help you get it right the first time.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders.

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us
  • The item is out of stock after order confirmation

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are natural and not considered defects
  • UNTIRED reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria
